3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
– Grant necessary access to websites, analytics, and other relevant platforms.
– Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
– Comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and UK data protection regulations.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
– Fees will be outlined in your proposal or contract.
– Payment is due as per the agreed schedule (e.g., upfront, monthly, or milestone-based).
– Late payments may incur a 5% fee or suspension of services.
– All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
– Pre-existing Materials: Any content, logos, or branding provided by you remain your property.
– Developed Materials: Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed websites, designs, and content transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed.
-Licenses: JB Contentlab Ltd retains the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
– We adhere to GDPR and UK data protection laws.
– Client data will only be used for service delivery and will not be shared without consent.
– Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure.
7. Termination & Refunds
– Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
– No refunds are provided for completed work, but partial refunds may be considered for unused pre-paid services.
– Upon termination, any unpaid fees become immediately due.
8. Limitation of Liability
– JB Contentlab Ltd is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from our services.
– Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
– We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or traffic increases due to external factors (e.g., algorithm changes).
9. Warranties & Guarantees
– We provide services with reasonable skill and care.
– No guarantees are made regarding search engine rankings, as they depend on third-party algorithms.
– Websites will be tested for functionality but require client approval before final delivery.
10. Third-Party Services
– We may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, WordPress plugins).
– You are responsible for any associated third-party fees (e.g., hosting, domain registration).
11. Dispute Resolution
– Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation.
– If unresolved, disputes will be handled under UK law in Essex courts.
12. Amendments
JB Contentlab Ltd may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
